This is a Seattle-based recruitment agency operating on the standard HR recruiting model. A significant challenge arose from managing a vast database of over 32,000 resumes. The sheer volume of daily inquiries added to their workload. The primary issue was the time-consuming process of generating pertinent resumes once an inquiry was received.
Solution
To address Career Path’s challenge, we devised a tailored solution by creating custom web-based software. We incorporate elastic search technology, enabling automatic scanning of the extensive database of 32,000 resumes. By analyzing keywords within the job descriptions, the system efficiently fetches the 50 most relevant resumes, matching keywords in both the resumes and job descriptions. This streamlined the process of generating pertinent resumes in response to inquiries, significantly improving effieciency.
