Problem

Senior regional managers faced challenges in grasping the performance of the sales staff. They lacked clarity on how many sales personnel were updated about new products or medicines. Moreover, there wasn’t a systematic approach to track the conversion rates post interactions with doctors.

Solution

We crafted a dual solution: a web-based platform coupled with a mobile app. The mobile interface allowed the cloud upload of study materials pertaining to products. Regular tests were conducted on these materials, with leaderboards showcasing staff performances. Our system introduced conversion reporting, RX reporting, and gauged staff readiness.
